You can let others subscribe to your calendar in their Smartphone or application of their choice (such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook). But you must first Publish the calendar you want to share.

Step 1. Publish your calendar.

  • In the Calendar section, go to Tools and select "Calendars" or click on the square icon in the bar above the calendars list.

  • The Calendars popup will open.

  • Select the calendar you want to Publish from the list.

  • Click Publish button on the right.

  • A calendar link icon will appear next to the calendar name.

Step 2. Generate or access links to your calendar.

  • Click on the calendar link icon in the main window or in the Calendars popup to access the calendar link.

  • A popup with three calendar links will appear.

Step 3. Give iCAL information to others so they can subscribe to your calendar.

  • Highlight and copy the link from the iCAL address to share this calendar field.
  • Give the link to others so they can subscribe to it in their Smartphone or application of their choice (such as Google Calendar, iPhone/iPad, or Microsoft Outlook).
  • You can email this link to all your co-workers and friends with whom you wish to share the calendar by clicking the Send Links button. This requires that you have an email address tied to the Workspace account which is the "owner" of the calendar. If you don't, you can copy and paste the relevant information as needed.
    • In your iPhone or iPad, omit the "https://" at the beginning of the iCAL link. To subscribe to a calendar in iPhone/iPad, go to Settings, select Mail, Calendar, Contacts. Then click on Add Account and select Other. Select Add Subscribed Calendar and enter the iCal information in the field for Server.
    • Android devices currently do not support direct calendar subscription. While you could go indirectly through Google calendars, the lag/interval between updates can often be as great as 48 hours. This is because Google Calendars does a very poor job in updating imported/subscribed external calendars, resulting in calendar information that is quite outdated. Based on Android user feedback that we have received, the most popular App for direct calendar subscription is ICSSYNC. You can download the App in the Android  market. Details can be found at: https://market.android.com/details?id=org.nightlabs.android.icssync. Please understand that this is a third-party software application and we cannot provide direct support. The App, however, has gotten generally good reviews.
    • In Google Calendar, the person subscribing to the calendar needs to enter the full link including the "https://" at the beginning. To subscribe to a calendar in Google Calendar, go to Other calendars, click on Add and then choose Add by URL. In the popup that follows, paste the full iCal link to the calendar that you want to subscribe to.
