After you've set your users and email addresses, you can migrate emails, files, and personal information.
Email Migration: This needs to be carefully planned. Talk to a support person on arranging migration of email. There may be a cost associated with email migration.
File Migration: You can either do it yourself in 1GB increments or arrange to have it migrated at the data center. Talk to a support person if you don't want to do it yourself. We encourage the latter method if you have large quantities of data you want to migrate.
Contacts Migration: Users can easily import contacts into their own accounts using CSV files. You can also use DesktopSync if you contacts are in your Outlook.
Calendar Migration: At present, calendar information can be migrated only from Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. If your calendar information is elsewhere, import it first into either version of Outlook and then use the DesktopSync tool to migrate your calendar items into user accounts. This approach will also work for contacts, tasks, and notes.
