Yes, you can change the initial password that was given to you at any time. Go to Settings in the top left part of your online workspace and select Login Password. Your password must be between 6 and 12 characters and include a number. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.

The password you choose will be necessary not only for logging into your account on the Web from your organization's login page but also to setup email on your Outlook, to sync calendars and contacts to Outlook using DesktopSync, and for syncing email, calendars, contacts, and tasks with your Smartphone.

Select a password that you will remember but one that cannot be easily guessed by others.
